Accepting the Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies or practices of any of our affiliates and/or other sites linking to our Site that are not managed/owned by us. Our Terms and Conditions require all users and account owners to be at least 18 years of age. The personal Information we collect

Identity Data includes information such as: first name, last name, title, date of birth (optional), occupation, personal description, photo and gender.
Contact Data includes information such as: email address, billing address, delivery address, location, country, telephone number, loyalty programme membership number, and social media id (if you log in by social media).
Financial Data includes information such as: payment card details and bank account. Please note that if you place an order on the site, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order and to provide any updates on the statues of your order. After your order is processed and/or delivered, we no longer keep your credit card details. We use third party service provide (e.g Paypal) to process payments.
Transaction Data includes information such as: details of your purchases and the fulfilment of your orders (such as basket number, order number, subtotal, title, currency, discounts, shipping, number of items, product number, single item price, category, tax etc.); payments to and from you and details of other products and services you have obtained from us, correspondence or communications with you in respect of your orders, and details of any rewards and bonuses awarded.
Technical Data includes information such as: details of the device(s) you use to access our services, your internet protocol (IP) address, login data, your username and password, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.

Information from third parties: Some members or visitors may choose to connect to Peachy Potter or register an Peachy Potter account using an external third-party application, such as Facebook or Instagram. Peachy Potter may receive information from those connected third-party applications. Connecting your Peachy Potter account to third-party applications or services is optional. If you choose to connect your account to a third-party application, Peachy Potter may receive information from that application. We may also collect public information in order to connect with you. We may use that information as part of providing the Services to you. You can also choose to share some of your activity on Peachy Potter on certain social media networks which are connected to your Peachy Potter account, and you can revoke your permission anytime in your third-party application account settings.

Choice & Control

The Site gives you the choice of providing, editing or removing certain information, as well as choices about how we contact you. You may change or correct your account information through your account settings. You may also remove certain optional information that you no longer wish to be publicly visible through the Services, such as your designs.
